That's just a tweet from Mark which has no impact on the SC decision.
Here's an example of a project blocked in Australia. The relevance is that the Sami are just as influential (if not, more influential) in Sweden, as evidenced by 12 month delay in SC decision on an appeal which the Swedish Court states takes 2 months.
I'm getting really worried about the outcome. Don't you think the SC are now in consultation with the Sami !?
