Talga should be a winner, seeing as though it is all 3 aspects, source, process and supply!
Conversely those 49 outside of the EU, sounds like a few companies in countries like Morroco harbouring Chinese subsidiaries to flood Europe, hope the people deciding on which companies qualify do their honework.
