I'd encourage everyone on here to email the Swedish Supreme Court asking WTF are they going to issue their decision. I've been asking for the past few months and always receive the same answer - "The case is still ongoing. Any closer information than that cannot be given"; "The Supreme Court does not currently have a preliminary date for decision. Unfortunately, we cannot give any further information.", stuff like that...
My hope is that if lots of people start asking, they might actually pull their fingers out of their a$& and issue the decision...

I understand your typical processing times are ~1 month. And we have been waiting ~11 months for a decision from you. Could you please update me on the progress of this case & when it's likely to be dealt with?
