I think the SC situation has already gone on for too long here, and may impact TLG shareholder's sentiment going forward. Today elsewhere, Black Rock had a big announcement of a binding agreement for a US$40m investment from POSCO. Great you'd think, but as I write their SP has barely moved overall, and there seems to be little shareholder interest. Some punters (likely traders) that bought in at the open are currently 10% down. It's basically a shit show, and BKT looks to be one of the better developers in the graphite space. All this focus on loyalty options at TLG, but the real problem is playing out across the graphite sector, that of fading shareholder interest. The SC situation should have been sorted a couple of months ago. It's now been 1 year and 3 days since the lower court reject appeals against the mine. How much longer will the latest appeal take ?

    All IMHO, DYOR
