Does not take a crystal ball to call an ongoing decrease in share price and the need for a potential raise when there is a long ongoing court case with the risk involved.
It's the way you go about it and seem to intentially push peoples buttons that is uncalled for. I know you also receive your fare share of harsh comments, but not undeserved from the way you choose to spin things.
You know what you're doing and the style of posting does not lead to a constructive forum.
Anyway, i feel that even replying to this that i'm feeding the beast... so I'll stop here.
