The planning order request won't be sent to a higher office for review. The Ministry of Rural Affairs and Infrastructure issue planning orders; it will be Andreas Carlson or Peter Kullgren's job to do so. Since the minister responsible has sided with Talga in his response to the query, along with the government’s overall pro-mining stance, a positive outcome should be expected. It's probably more a question of when, not if, at this point.
