I think Mark has alluded to the permit being a non-negotiable for binding offtakes, so the good majority of people here believe that there will be movement shortly after the current case is thrown out. I wouldnt be surprised if the wait is until the completion of stage 1 anode factory is in clear sight, but we'll see.
