With Isak From's persistent efforts, the Green Acceleration coordinator visiting Talga a few days ago and now with Northvolt's recent failure to expand in the north, resulting in the loss of over 1,000 jobs, it seems likely that the planning order will be resolved soon. While Northvolt's setbacks stems more from overambitious expansions during an economic downturn than from government red tape, it's still a significant blow to the 'great transition in the north' and should serve as a wake-up call.

The last thing officials want is to see another significant project fail, and certainly not of its own accord either like Northvolt; but due to obstruction and red tape.
