If that is the case then we should get a decision shortly.
The Judge in the Appeal case told the Appellants not to bother appealing.
So it should be pretty straight forward matter when its picked up by a 'healthy' Judge.
Its only a check to ensure points of law were correctly applied. That is why only 1% or 2 % are successful.
If we get a before market ann the SP will likely open well above current levels, way above.
