Spot on, Gvan.. Municipalities operate under the Government and will eventually have to follow Govt. directives.
so the only hurdle is the SCs appeal decision. Unfortunately, rejecting the grant to appeal is the last “legal” stamp essential for Talga to officially commence full commercial mining operations. I believe as soon as this happens, the planning order will automatically fall into place. I did notice that ( unless I missed it) in the entire transcript of the points raised by Isak and Ebba, the SC holdup was not mentioned. Are the permit speedup facilitators authorised to chase the SC ?
