My reading of SC procedures is that these appeals it is uncommon for a hearing to be scheduled. Its only when they need further evidence to support or reject points of law.
I recall the original Justice commented words to the effect ' do not bother appealing'. So i think this case will be decided on 'reading and recommendation only'. So in theory it should not take more than a month or 2 tops once they pick it up.
I just hope they are getting stuck into this matter right now.
Its frustrating and a poor reflection on the SC.
