It's as I feared, it's not that they are deliberating over a complex mining case, it just hasn't got in front of a justice yet.
In many of my posts I had the question "what is it that we don't know?".
Your post solves half of that riddle. Not even looked at yet. But the other half of the riddle is when will it be finally looked at?
Many months ago I posted my odds for a decision before this years Melbourne cup. It seems that I was using the wrong form guide based on past history, common sense and logic
I might have to work out odds for before the 2025 Melbourne cup. The problem with that idea is, on what premise do I base the odds, I have run out of premises.
