The mining permit was granted by the high court, but was appealed, so SC has to reject the appeal for TLG to commence commercial operations. That would be “activation”.
TOMMORROW, 11:45 AM etc. is wishful thinking and on that basis I would prefer by end of day today in Sweden !!.
”Educated” guess is taking into account time involved in negotiations with the Municipality or TLG gaining Critical
project Status.
Anyway…….I am hoping it’s sometime in 2024.
