...and when the decision gets released to the public, they then announced a date for parties to submit any appeal to the decision. Then they get a week away from the closing of appeals and someone asks for an extension to the appeal date (which is granted). Then the enxtended date looms and an appeal gets lodged at the last moment. Then everyone is left in the dark how long it will take for them to make a decision on that appeal. And around and around we go. Every step of the process, the decision, the appeal process which gets dragged out, before we go to the next step.
