Ooooo. Good news so they have 21 days to appeal from when plan is formally adopted. Then the municipality can make announce it legally binding. Any appeals can then happen to the land and Enviro court, but do not suspend the plan which means they can still carry out work.
not even sure this would go to the land and Enviro courts considering the path this has taken all the way to the supreme court and appeals all the way. Wouldn't think there was anything left to appeal. Especially since this plan has been out for years. Glta
