True the introduction of AEV will reduce number of cars needed as most cars today sit in the driveway all day. However, as the marginal cost approaches zero we may find people using EV's more often because the cost will be almost free to travel. Seba mentions subscription cost may be as little as $100 a month for an autonomous vehicle to drive you anywhere. Less than insurance and rego!
