By way of comparison Quantumscape current market cap is approx. $23B and production only really kicking off in 2027 with 46GWh factory ramping up to 90GWh factory in 2028. They have around $1B funds to keep them going till 2027.
Point is this is over 35 times value of Talga today and shows there is already potential for a re-rating. I think Talga is under valued.
In terms of expansion we may see a 65GWh factory come from Niska expansion if they use all reserves noted in AGM preso (6.5Mt) with a 22 year mine life. Assume more drilling is required if they need larger factory - perhaps this is reason for delay?
