I noticed that too.
I have noticed in the last 2yrs or so, a number of HR functions in companies are utilising this language.
I'm actually an Engineer, now GM for a large engineering company. I have seen this type of language permeate through the HR departments of a lot of professional consultants and government organisations.
These HR functions are now generally full of the next generation of college grads, coupled with the idea that they also think that using this type of language makes the company appealing to the younger generation.
I think they are looking for somebody with a min of 7yrs experience - hardly a seasoned professional.
