I guess I'm tempting the Nordic gods a bit by saying the larger that Talga's resource is proven to be, then the greater the irresistible pressure that will be brought to bear on authorities in the the granting of permits.
In the EU Panic (on climate change) Size and Quality have their own irresistible momentum.
