A few thoughts:
SP was low for quite a while, so lots who would have been interested to buy have already done so.
DFS is not supposed to contain any 'new' price-sensitive information.
And most of the chunky stuff in there is actually stuff we already knew. Overall NPV is relatively the same. Big change was timeline and capex - both negatively.
Any bigger players that were waiting for the release of a DFS may well still take their time and aren't necessarily gonna just spam buy straight away.
Some who were anticipating a spike on the DFS may have decided to sell out when it didn't.
We have to deal with a bit of a momentum hangover after having missed the deadline twice
