The big question mark is permitting. Unlike some others, I have low concern about getting the permits that have already been requested. Getting Sweden to permit for 300+ ktpa (which is what Vitangi could support) seems like a long-shot to me. I do gain some confidence from the fact MT seems to think further expansion is possible . Also, an anode shortage as large as Benchmark is forecasting could make Sweden more amenable to a larger project, especially if they're facing heavy pressure from the E.U. and Europe's biggest auto OEMs to secure anode supply.
I won't believe 300+ ktpa is possible until it's permitted, but, wow, just thinking about it. TLG's potential value would be on a whole new level.
