To be fair Freyr only have a couple of MOUs and haven't actually received any orders from customers themselves. They also only just made a final investment decision last week.
I don't think they are in a position to sign anything binding at this stage, but it's clear they intend to source anode from Talga hence the MoU.
Northvolt on the other hand has large orders from VW, BMW and Volvo. They need to lock in anode supply for these orders so I expect binding agreements will be executed, however they will likely be conditional on successful start ofcommercial operations like the Vulcan/LG Chem off take agreement.
