At moment, the fact that Tesla needs the anode within a year or so and Talga is 3 years away from limited volume production (19.5 ktpa) and 4 to 5 years away from volume production (100 ktpa) while Tesla plans to suck these volumes up in about 2 years time (100 GWh production in Berlin, needing about 100ktpa alone). If Talga were to scale to 500 ktpa, there is probably enough volume for Tesla to use it. But right now, it seems Tesla is to fast too big and Talga would slow them down. Which is very unlikely in my opinion.
For Tesla as a customer, Talgas produktion needs to get faster or way bigger.
