That exactly what I was getting at.
Flake graphite currently goes for $1,300t - $3,000t. Coated anode is around $8,000t - $11,000t (if not more) and expected to rise over the next 10 years as the supply deficit kicks in.
Lithium carbonate is $8,000t and hyrdoxide is $14,000t
There's clearly no margin in graphite and also very high barriers to entry for coated anode due to the technology and processing involved. That's the unique position of Talga, they're an advanced battery materials company, not just a miner. The margin is in the technology and value add.
