Just becaude there is a conflict on interest doesnt mean that it is a issue.
LKAB has been around for over 100 years and has been fully nationalized for over 50. The interest of LKAB (profits that benefit the nation) and regulators (ensuring low environmental and social impact on the nation) can co exist.
Sweden has strong institutions and im sure that in some boring document somrwhere it would state the conflict of interest is identified and has been addressed by x, y, z.
To be honest without LKAB, TLG would have very little chance of doing what they have planned.
