Hmm.. opportunity? It didn't drop as much in Europe. Down only 3% here vs more than 10% in the OTCBB with decent volume. Looks like someone got rid of about 1M shares.
Volume in Germany about 130k in trade gate and Frankfurt combined.
edit: correction: it dried more in Germany, just couldn't see it due to lack of trades in Frankfurt
