Novonix can push the price down of synthetic graphite by improving the manufacturing process. They're doing a similar thing within the cathode space. They patented a method of creating cathode material without any water and with fewer steps resulting in lower cost cathode material.

The opex was shown long ago but I don't think it's up to date. But I don't think you can really nail it down because they're working on new technology (furnace) to make it cheaper. Moreover they'll also implement the cathode process into the anode manufacturing process to make it even cheaper. So it's a moving target that's going down.

Scaling up, in future is $5m per 1,000 tpa. So $50m = 50,000 tpa.
