Sorry but that statement is not a basis for your conclusion. It is extremely broad and doesn't say anything about anode.
We know that Northvolt will be sourcing lithium hydroxide from Tianqi Lithium which then needs to be manufactured into the cathode.
They have said nothing about where they will source graphite/anode other than local sources directly from the miners (which Talga are as well as a produce of the coated anode). The preparation may relate to the application of Talga's coated anode to the copper coils.
