And if I were Oracle or Salesforce I wouldn't sell my source code to anyone for them to create their own equivalent.
It's years of R&D and IP that has value and why they will charge a premium for the finished product at higher margins.
Talga are no different. They will not sell spherical graphite for someone else to produce into coated anode otherwise why bother. They are a battery technology company who will sell the finished coated anode product.
And if I were Oracle or Salesforce I wouldn't sell my source...
