That timeline is impossible. There's not enough forecast production to have 100% electric cars by then. Also I can see EV's getting cheaper over time, but not that quick. Not everyone can afford to pay $40k for an EV, there's still a need for cheap ICE cars for the lower income bracket.
I'd love for that prediction to be true, but I don't see it being feasible.
