Don't need graphite @Beach42 ?
SCC55 from Group 14 requires graphite...so does Sila Nanotechnologies silicon based anode in the Whoop watch...so does Talga's Talnode-Si...
According to Group 14 the SCC55 material "consists of a carbon “scaffold”, inside which is a 3-5 nanometer particle of amorphous silicon." They also say "fully compatible with graphite, SCC55™ boosts energy density by 30% over 1000 cycles even with a 20% blend."
If Farasis have claimed a 25% increase in energy density using SCC55 then you can assume at least 80% of the material is graphite...They have no graphite so will have to buy it from somewhere...
Same with Sila Nantechnoligies...they have just commercialised a silicon anode which contains 25% their special silicon and the remaining 75% is natural graphite for a smart watch. They have no graphite so will have to buy it from somewhere...
Talga on the otherhand have the technology and the graphite resource.
