By the way 30 November is also the expiration date of the LKAB and Mitsui JV extension.
If there was no positive news coming you would give notice of the AGM as early as possible as at least if it was held early November MT could still BS his way through the tough questions at the AGM by claiming there was 3 weeks or so to go.
Maybe I'm reading too much into this ???????????????????????..................but it kinda fits
