@zoulou, Ohh wow, that is a completely different story than you mostly read here.
Our consensus was what @JNRB mentioned.However, I found the idea that Smedvig couldnt secure a controlling share of TLG, thus left the company also quite compelling. Now we see in NMG, that they dont secure it for them selfs but for some other authority, in this case Pallinghurst. I have never heard of that (but I am not very knowledgable either in this space), but if what you say is true, then I am very happy for how things played out. I want MT to lead the company. I like him, from all I have seen, he is someone I trust with my investment.
