So, the A1 in Northumberland 5km stretch is a good start, but it isnt concrete, its graphene-asphalt. Still good for us, but the worst-case scenario of failure is going to be more potholes for some English people as they drive into town. Would you start paving the entirety of britain based off of 1 year's worth of results?
The world works off of 4-5 year research cycles. That is why I think people will wait and see.
