If you include plant construction, and disposal at end of life as well as fuel disposal costs, without subsidies, I am sure solar plus battery comes out on top. Even if you simply ignore the Chernobyl and Fukushima and Long Island risk with associated costs to the host economy completely. But whatever, if you want to support nukes, you will support nukes. If you want to fight nukes, you gonna fight nukes. Very little rationality involved in this discussion in my experience. Maybe a better topic for the bar, where a cat fight cage is nearby if you ask me.
