I'd have thought that if anything has changed and Tesla really has found a way to eliminate graphite in the anode, then "The Limiting Factor" would have said something in today's video. If these flagship batteries contain no graphite that would come as a big surprise considering their predictions in the past.
They do call out Telstra Silicon as a "Dark Horse" but said it was unlikely. Not impossible though.
