Well a bit of past trivia for you Tig if you weren't aware!
Warwick Grigor was a significant holder/fan of Talga until mid 2016 (have a look at the Top 20 shares/options lists at Sep 2015 in the 2015 Annual Report for "Gregorach" if you are particularly interested). He was actually a substantial holder (at 5%), 2nd behind Mark Thompson as at 1 Mar 2016, before suddenly exiting over the following 2 or 3 months.
The prime reason appeared at the time to be Warwick in Feb 2016 turning up as Chairman/mouthpiece of - & significant investor in - another graphite stock MRF which transformed into the wondrous FGR.
