No I wouldn’t think so ,more in an end of life battery they can recover a graphite ‘material’ but its for other low value uses ( lubricants, fire retardants etc) and not for battery use.
Of course as I mentioned ,before end of battery life they can be repurposed where suitable to get further use , but in the end the battery will degrade ,after perhaps 15yrs?
Apparently some Nissan Leaf are still operating, as are 1st series Tesla after 15yrs…
