IMO I think we need off take agreement first.
Sweden government want prove there is really demand for our products. We been trying to prove to them for years there is demand for graphene.
But I don't think they were convinced. That's why we don't have permitting yet.
When we get off take agreement, that will make stronger case for permitting approval.
Look at ECOGRAF they got off take before permitting.
Then with higher share price. JV capital raise will be less expensive and will have less dilution of shares.
IMO I think we need off take agreement first.Sweden government...
