I've seen the type before. Some in life are incapable of taking responsibility for their own mistakes and have a visceral need to blame others for their own failures. Since the only way to learn from your mistakes is to start by admitting you made them, these people tend to stagnate over time. I've yet to meet a successful person with this mentality.
