As stated in the release it is pending final qualifications, i think Tesla is trying to just lock in supply for its U.S. operations early.
As ive stated over and over...Tesla ia going to be hoovering up all the raw resources they can get their hands on, its a necessity for the growth of their busniess. Now their is no excuse that Talga has to hold out for full qualifications with Tesla, only thing holding us back must be permits...
