Yes it’s bit tricky the head around the processing…
This is what needs to be taken into account. Yes SYR do recover 40t of AAM from 73t ( 55%), but that is from ‘processed graphite’ not mine ore.
So it’s the grade ( plus internal dilution, almost zero for TLG) x the graphite recovery x the right flake size (PGr)x particle shape ( SPG).
You have to compare apples with apples nor oranges….
TLG 24%x91%x100%x88%=19%
SYR 10%x68%x49%x56%=2%
Yes these figures will change, yes Talga is a superior project on any metric, but demand for AAM will see SYR project up and profitable as well.
