They dont actually ban you. They just tax you off the road. In recent years. Road tax in the UK is much higher, Motor tests have a much higher standard. Now this week, they want to charge you to drive per mile.
The plan is to get all personal cars off the road except TAAS and comercial electic cars. There will be massive investment in cities where you will work, rest and play. No car needed.
