Are they actually manufacturing their own anode? It reads like the graphite business and the EV battery business are very much separate things atm. Setting up a battery manufacturing plant is less big a deal. As others have said (inc I think MT) it's pretty much just assembling the components. The hard stuff is the chemistry that goes into the components themselves.
