just read an article that a Brown Bear killed 40 reindeer calf in one month when waking up from hibernation in Sami land (30% of reindeer calves are killed every year from bears). Maybe they can hire Talga to blow up a few and give them a hand with their regular culling of bears to prevent over-predation.
