Just to elaborate, I'm thinking especially of initiatives like this. 10,000,000 euros to try and figure out sustainable supply. Proposals not due till September 2022 and it fits us so well it sounds like it was written specifically with Talga in mind.
Thats 10 million euros just looking for solutions. And looking for them by late this year. Imagine at that point Talga is permitted, producing, has an offtake, and then says to the EU "hey we're doing this already, your best shot at supply is to let as scale up another 3x"
IMO that's why we're still doing so much resource drilling.
