Correct. Warrants usually $11.50 strike. SPAC sells Units (THCBU) to initial investors. Then it lists and splits into ordinary shares and warrants (and they all have differing ratios ... better quality are say 1/4 W per Unit ... lessor quality might be 1/2 W per unit).
I'll look at this only because Romeo highlighted them as key competitor (which they say they mostly win against ... of course that's what you say).
