Yes, they are 100% owned by Talga, the Australian company. However, the ownership structure doesnt matter when it comes to grants from the EU. I am not an expert on the fine print, but I can imagine that in order for a loan or bond from the EU, a company must be juristically registered in EU (which is the case here) and the money must be invested in Europe (which would also be the case here). Otherwise, if you have more complex ownership structures where a company is held by multiple owners (like every publicly traded company), the rules become very muddy very fast. So the argument that we have problems being eligible for EU funding because Talga is an Australian company is right up bogus bullshit.
