Talga has won a grant for US$1.69M UK refinery study.

This is the type of grant you can expect if won. Only 1.69 Million.

The EU is not going to give Talga 484 Million.

Especially when Talga still have no mine permitting and no binding customer agreement. After Talga been sending product samples since 2016 and still don't have a single customer commitment.

Talga been in negotiations with financier Mitsui for more than a year now on a Joint Venture Agreement. Talga extended there MOU for a reason.

Mitsui is currently the only option for 19.5ktpa project funding of 484 Million.

Talga have no MOU with any other financing companies.

Have a look at my earlier post. Mitsui usually take equity stake in exchange for project funding it's how they make money.

Talga in talks with them for that reason. Mitsui does not bring anything else to the table.
