thats not quite true, as the river Thorne is a natura2000 area and the waste water from the mine might effect the river through ground water flows. However, i don't think this effects us because we did not file the environmental permits after the processing concession as it is usually done. we did everything at once and the natura 2000 permit then just goes a different route, but doesn't make a difference to us.

i am looking forward to when the environmental permit must include positive effects on the environment from a mine, not only negative. That's gonna be a biggie!
